Ugandan social entrepreneur Richard Bbaale founded BanaPads Social Enterprises. For past 4 years he has focused on design, manufacture, distribution & waste management of affordable environmental friendly products such as menstrual hygiene sanitary products, handmade paper and products, water purifiers through locally sourced materials. He holds a bachelor in Business Administration and Management from Uganda Martyrs University, and MBA from Makerere University. His ultimate goal is to pursue a PHD in frugal innovations
